Try out an employee with no strings attached. Try & hire employment through HR-Industries gives your company the opportunity to get to know an employee before offering them regular employment.

Finding the right employee can be a challenge. First, they need to have the right professional qualifications in relation to the job, but are they also a match when it comes to the company culture and the colleagues already employed in the company. Hiring failure can be expensive for the business.

A Try & Hire arrangement is a cross between temporary engagement and regular employment, and it can help to remove uncertainty and ensure the right match when your company hires your next employee. With a Try & Hire arrangement, the company and the candidate will have the opportunity to get to know each other during a trial period. On a completely non-binding basis.

Choose from well-qualified industry profiles

As industry specialists, HR-Industries can help you find well-qualified candidates for a Try & Hire. We are in touch with many exciting industrial profiles, so we can quickly find candidates with the qualifications you need to strengthen your business. We generally find and propose 2–4 possible candidates for the position from which you can choose.

The Try & Hire scheme is limited to a certain number of weeks. Typically 12 weeks. During that time, the candidate is formally employed by HR-Industries, while your company pays us for the employee as if it were a temp. After 12 weeks, the company can hire the employee at no additional cost, if you and the candidate agree. Throughout the entire Try & Hire term, either party may terminate the cooperation on short notice.

Try & Hire is based on reciprocity

It is important that you as a company are aware that a Try & Hire arrangement is reciprocal. The candidate must, of course, show you that he or she can actually do the work you need to have done, and you need to find out whether the candidate is a match for your company. Conversely, the candidate has the same agenda. So, you must also convince the candidate that your company is a place where he or she will want to continue working.

It is also important to remember that the goal of Try & Hire is to end up with a permanent employment. That is also why we at HR-Industries do our utmost to find candidates for you where the probability of a final match is high. And experience tells us that a Try & Hire results in permanent employment in the vast majority of cases. But, of course, it is up to you as a company and the candidate.
